As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services. For those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits, we offer a private pay plan. Please contact us at Swainsboro, Modoc, Dublin & Vidalia, GA centers for more information on our fees for service and payment details as well as our CareCredit plans to assist with payment.

Disclaimer: While this is an extensive list, health plans do change regularly without prior notification. We recommend that you verify with your health plan what physical therapy benefits you have available.

Georgia is a Direct Access State (with restrictions)

Georgia is a direct access state, which means that getting a referral from a physician or other healthcare provider for physical therapy treatment is not necessary in order to receive care from a licensed physical therapist (restrictions apply) and apply it to your insurance. However, some insurances will not pay your claims without a prescription for Physical Therapy from a doctor, which they consider “proof of medical necessity”. Please feel free to contact us to inquire which insurance companies do require a prescription in order to bill Physical Therapy to your insurance. We do also offer a cash-based option for services.
